The terms for the Row & Round app and rowandround.app: Apple’s licence, purchases, acceptable use and contact.
These terms cover the Row & Round app and rowandround.app, made by Kallos Labs (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.
Apple’s terms
Row & Round is licensed to you through the App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) applies, together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple’s EULA wins. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support; we are.
Purchases
Row & Round is free to start. A one-time in-app purchase, the Full Unlock, opens everything; there is no subscription. Apple sells and bills the purchase and handles refunds (reportaproblem.apple.com). To restore it on a new device, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase.
Acceptable use
Don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it to share unlawful content.
Your patterns
Patterns you import belong to their designers. Row & Round keeps them private on your device and never shares or exports them; only patterns and charts you make in the app can be exported. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you add, and for what you share from the patterns you make.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kallos Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
